Happy New Year!

2016 marks the start of the Amateur Kiteboarders Association (“AKA”), a newly created 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. The AKA is open to boys and girls ages 10-19 whether they are full or part-time residents of Puerto Rico. So for you “Northerners” with kiteboarding children, we welcome you!

Attached you will find our first parents’ letter with key announcements and dates. The letter also includes a summary of our December 2015 parents’ meeting. Please take a moment to read the attached letter as it covers the AKA’s objectives, membership fees, charitable activities and volunteer opportunities for parents and students.

Our first practice is this Thursday January 14 (details attached) and our first competitive event is Saturday February 13.
